VISION
At Our Way Home,
We are not just imagining a brighter future for young people but actively building it. Our vision is bold, transformative, and deeply rooted in the belief that every child deserves a space to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
Under the leadership of Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board Jaylen Davis and President Luxamira Sanchez, Our Way Home is committed to creating a network of opportunities that empower youth through education, athletics, and the arts. While our journey begins in Southern California, our long-term vision stretches far beyond ultimately reaching communities nationwide and worldwide.
Phase One: 2026-2031 — Building Strong Foundations
The first five years of our strategic growth plan, starting in 2026, will focus on expanding partnerships with schools, community centers, and organizations across San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. This critical phase will allow us to:
-
Increase Program Growth & Reach – Expand our after-school and weekend enrichment programs to serve more students, providing access to arts, athletics, academic tutoring, and mentorship.

-
Strengthen School Partnerships – Work closely with local schools and districts to integrate Our Way Home’s curriculum, mentorship programs, and extracurricular activities into their existing frameworks.

-
Establish Community and corporate Partnerships - Form alliances with businesses, nonprofits, and philanthropic organizations to secure our students' funding, resources, and professional mentorship.

-
Launch Regional Leadership & Development Hubs – Identify key locations to serve as Our Way Home hubs, where students can access programming, workshops, and career readiness initiatives outside of school hours.

-
Expand Scholarship and Internship Programs - Provide financial assistance, workforce training, and internship placements to help students bridge the gap between education and real-world success.
By the end of 2031, Our Way Home will have established a strong operational presence throughout Southern California, ensuring underserved students have direct access to transformative opportunities within their local communities.
Phase Two: 2031-2041 — Establishing Our Flagship Campus & National Expansion
By year 10 (2036), we will begin developing a permanent, state-of-the-art enrichment campus, which will serve as the central hub of Our Way Home. This facility will:

-
House all of Our Way Home’s core programs under one roof—education, arts, athletics, wellness, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.

-
Feature cutting-edge classrooms, performing arts spaces, music studios, sports facilities, and career development centers, offering students access to top-tier resources.

-
Provide full-time mentorship and training opportunities, ensuring students receive consistent support from childhood to adulthood.

-
It will serve as the headquarters for Our Way Home’s expansion efforts, allowing us to train staff, develop curricula, and scale operations nationwide.
During this phase, we will also:
-
Expand Our Way Home’s model to other regions across the United States, establishing regional hubs in key underserved communities.

-
Implement a nationwide mentorship and scholarship program, ensuring that students in every state access the same high-quality resources and support.

-
Develop a digital learning platform, offering online courses, workshops, and mentorship for students who may not have access to an in-person program.
By the end of 2041, Our Way Home will be recognized as a national leader in youth development, impacting thousands of students annually across multiple states.
Phase Three: 2041 and Beyond — A Global Movement
In the next 15-20 years, Our Way Home will expand beyond the United States, bringing transformative education, enrichment, and mentorship to underserved communities worldwide. Our long-term global vision includes:

-
Establishing international hubs in developing countries, providing access to quality education, arts training, and athletic programs to children who need them most.

-
Partnering with global organizations, governments, and educators to bring Our Way Home’s model to regions where educational resources are scarce.

-
Developing mobile learning units and remote programs, ensuring that even children in rural or conflict-affected areas have access to high-quality enrichment opportunities.

-
Launching a worldwide scholarship fund, giving students from around the world a chance to study at Our Way Home campuses or partner institutions.

By year 20 (2046), Our Way Home will no longer be an organization. It will be a global movement dedicated to breaking down barriers, fostering opportunity, and empowering young people on a massive scale.
A Legacy of Transformation
Our journey from local impact to national influence to global reach is not just a dream but a structured and ambitious plan that we are committed to realizing.
